Paste fericit!

In aceasta saptamana luminata, Dumnezeu sa coboare in fiecare dintre voi, sa va lumineze gandurile, sa va aline durerile, sa fie aproape de voi si de cei dragi voua "de acum si pana in veac".
Va doresc sa fiti luminosi, fericiti si sanatosi si sa va bucurati de bunul Dumnezeu, de darurile lui si de plinatatea vietii voastre. Sa aveti un Paste binecuvantat si fericit!

Nu credeam ca am sa ajung sa cer ajutor in felul acesta. Am fost putin retinuta si nu am avut curaj sa sper. Acum, cand deja exista raspuns la strigatul meu de ajutor, cred din ce in ce mai mult ca am sa reusesc sa plec la Hanovra.

Vreau sa multumesc din suflet celor care au raspuns la apelul meu!

Hello, my name is Daniela Melnic, i`m from Bucharest, Romania. 8 months ago I was diagnostiched by Dr. Dumitrache Lacramioara with tyrotopinoma, diagnostic which was confirmed at Parhon Hospital of
Endocrinology, by Dr.Corin. Badiu. They explained me that the only curative treatment is the surgical one with removal of adenoma, intervention witch i`m agre with, but unfortunately I can`t do it in my country. I have to tell you that from December the doctors from Parhon Hospital proposed me to have treatment with somatuline 3 fi/month, but considering the very high price I can`t do it, and I received only 1 fi somatuline/month , totally 3 fi, until now, with very good response to treatment(lowering
the level of blood hormones). And I also have symptomatic treatment with beta blockers( propranolol). But I have to say that unfortunately I can`t have this treatament any moore, because of the very high price.
So I understand that the surgery is urgent because the blood level of hormones now is very high again.
Doctors from Romania recomandend me to have this surgery intervention in your clinic, and if you are agree to accept me as your pacient, I would like you to send me an estimative price of it, because I have to gather the money. If you are agree to accept this case, and please do it, I will send you the cerebral IRM and blood samples results to have an objective opinion of the case. Thank you for contacting me.I am very well familiar with the rare thyreotropinonas .beeing among the first neurosurgeons ,who had operated on these tumors about35 years ago.Meanwhile it came out that sandostatin is effective in a number of cases,but as you said very expensive on a long term run..mainly forever!A second reason for surgery is the removal of the tumor mass, which sometimes shrink ,but normally never disapperars under sandostatin.
Unfortunately I do not know your MRI result,please inform me as soon as possible.Maybe sending the disc with data. Sometimes the pat.need radiotherapy in addition,but not earlier then 3 months after surgery,when the op-result will be controlled.I myself am besides a neurosurgeon,and especially a pituitary surgeon with about 4 500 operations for pituitary tumors ,also a neuro- endocrinologist,which is very helpful for the patient's perioperative phase. The whole costs for the hospital and private treatment, especially surgery will be 24 0000 till 30 000€,depending on the operative procedure length of hospital stay- 6 to 10 days normally,some patients are able to go early to the hotel ,beeing treated as outpatients...- and so on .Normally the administration demands 30 000€ as deposit.meaning that the not used money will be returned to you after treatment. I will be available for surgery the whole March,latest April 6/7,then because of longer absences for congresses from May 10 onwards.
